Purpose of Function

-Supporting establishment of new business unit in China in the field of online sales processes, including development of own web shop, negotiating and management of web shop on 3rd party platforms, development of mobile web shop in App

-Responsible for e-commerce sales target planning including own web shop, web shop on 3rd party platforms and mobile web shops; achievement of sales targets

-Responsible for sales-driven online marketing plans and execution

-Responsible for launching new product successful on e-commerce channels in close cooperation with marketing, sales and tea product teams

-Responsible for building up, training and motivating e-commerce sales team at a later stage and ensuring smooth daily e-commerce activities

-Responsible for compliance of online sales channels with relevant regulations

-Responsible for development, implementation and running of online customer service and after sales service

-Ensuring the e-commerce activities in compliance with international e-commerce plans

Qualifications:

-University degree with focus on e-Commerce, programming skills required

-Chinese, English of advantage

~5 years in B2C or C2C eCommerce and online marketing, working in sector of consumer good (esp. durable consumer good, or food & beverage) as advantages; experiences in independent development and implementation of e-Commerce solutions (webshop, mobile shop, app), ideally in new business; expertise in web analysis tools; understanding of actual internet trend and technologies
