工作职责:

1. 根据EMCN生产部门的装配计划，检查周内SAP系统”Release of Delivery”状态;

2. 从包装部门获得商品的尺寸和重量并做好记录;

3. 从货运公司获得每票货物的报价情况;

4. 确认货代公司并预定相应的船期（未来可通过PR在SAP系统进行操作）

5. 预定卸货就位服务（如果包含在交易范围内）

6. 准备好运输单据（包括信用证文件）并及时与兄弟公司沟通交流运输信息

7. 准备好运输损失索赔的相关文件;

8. 安排机器运输到外部仓库（按需）

9. 在报价阶段提供运输预算，包装和卸货就位等预算（本地生产机器）

Job Description/Responsibility

1. Based on EMCN build machines Assembly Plan, check status ”Release of Delivery” in SAP weekly

2. Obtain good’s dimension and weight from packing department

3. Inquire forwarder’s quotation for each shipment

4. Prepare forwarder release and book transportation accordingly (later will be processed in SAP by creating PR)

5. Booking rigging and siting if included in delivery scope

6. Prepare shipping documents (including L/C documents based on payment terms) and communicate with subsidiary regarding shipping information.

7. Prepare relevant documents for insurance claim in case of transport damage.

8. Arrange transport for machines moved to external warehouse (if applicable).

9. Provide budgetary transportation, packing as well as rigging and siting cost (for EMCN made machines) during quote stage.

任职资格:

1. 经济或国际贸易或机器相关专业

2. 英文沟通能力强(CET 6级或更高)

3. 能准确的理解外贸合同条款,国际贸易术语,审查信用证, 1年以上机器外贸公司相关经验优先;

4. 能熟练应用Microsoft 办公软件,有SAP应用经验优先;

5. 工作细致,有条不紊;

6. 有团队合作精神,和高度责任感

Job Requirement/Expectation (Education/ knowledge, ability):

1. University Degree in Business or International Trading or machinery

2. Excellent English communication (CET level 6 or above)

3. Understanding commercial supply contracts, terms of payment, L/C’s, Incoterms, 1 or above year experience in 4. machine trade company is preferred

4. Good PC knowledge (MS Word, MS Outlook, Excel) ,experience in SAP is preferred

5. Accurate working and self organization skills

6. Team spirit and high sense of responsibility

Engel, established in 1945 by Mr. Ludwig Engel, plays a leading role in global injection moulding machine market. The headquarter locates in Schwertberg Austria, ENGEL follows family owned management mode with which guarantees stabilization of the company and continues development of product and service. With more than 60 years experience of manufacturing injection moulding machine becomes one of the largest manufacturer in this industry. ENGEL has total 9 factories all over the world, locates in Europe, Asia (Korean/Pyungtaek，China/Shanghai) and America/York etc. ENGEL branches spread over 20 countries and representative offices over 70 countries.
ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world. The first phase was opened on May 19, 2009, has a production floor space of over 8 000 m2 for the manufacturing and assembly of machine components for the large-scale Duo series in Shanghai. 1000 m2 of modern offices provide ample space for sales, service and training. The 2nd phase was completed on April 20, 2012, with double the capacity. The extension is about 21,000 m2.In 2017, the 10th Anniversary and Phase 4 Opening Ceremony held on September 12th.
