Title: Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Quality team who can assist our Business Unit departments in the technical requirements of molds/tooling and new product development. This person will be responsible for helping to create numerous technical documentation, providing technical support, and quality standards in close collaboration with QC and Business Units

Category: SQE/ Supplier Quality Engineer

1) Coordinate and supervise the implementation of quality plan, control plans, written procedures and work instruction for overall quality control. Define the checkpoint and work out the SIP( Standard Inspection Plan) based on relative specification from PE.
2) Liaise with PE, AE, Sourcing on all quality issues, as such to perform evaluation on manufacturing process, reject investigation, corrective action (Continuous Improvement) to reduce the customer claim and field return.
3) Assist in develop Technical Requirements for new products
4) FAI activities and production process validation
5) Audit suppliers with respect to quality assurance and quality control, safety, commercial, technical, and risk management considerations.
6) Work with suppliers to improve quality control systems and enhance the performance of their products
7) Provide daily production support for all products, solving technical problems during productions.
8) Problem solving with suppliers
9) Provide technical support to sourcing team
10) Help with key suppliers improve production efficiency to reduce production time and cost.
11) Help with Quality manager of the effective quality system for the company, support QA improvement and QC control.

Job Requirement:

1) University Degree in engineering or QA related specialty
2) Strong knowledge of various QA Tools: (PFMEA, FAI, APQP, Dimensional Layouts, QCD, CPK, etc)
3) Strong Technical Engineering background in one or multiple areas
4) Familiar with molds and tooling
5) Project Management training is a plus
6) Strong Analytical skills
7) Ability to work well with others
8) Good English
