职位描述
Role Purpose:
Manage employee activities and communications to improve employee experience and engagement. Monitor employee discipline actions and handle labor issues to ensure a healthy employee relationship.
Key Accountabilities
? Promote employer brand and core values, champion culture building and change.
? Develop annual communication and activity plan; maintain various communication channels to ensure effectiveness.
? Organize employee activities, communication sessions and events, follow up relative corrective actions for employee suggestions and complains.
? Develop, manage and maintain HR intranet and newsletters.
? Organize employee opinion survey & tracking completion of all the corrective actions.
? Handle employee grievance and labor issues with business leaders and HR teams.
? Ensure HR operations is comply with labor laws & regulations.
? Responsible for compliance/disciplinary related documentation and coordinates audits from both internal and external.
Personal Specification
? A Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field.
? 10+ years of relevant HR professional experience in employee relations, communications & activities, EVP development etc., with experience as a HR generalist will be a plus.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Extensive knowledge of PRC labor law and regulations.
? Demonstrated planning, problem-resolution skills.
? Service and detailed oriented, positive and open minded.
? Good command of English.
