 Summary概述 

 严格执行工厂SHE管理制度；协助项目经理完成新建、改建及扩建工程项目预决算、项目实施过程中现场进度、质量、安全的监督，参与项目验收的工作；负责工厂所有capex项目的申报、流程跟踪、实施过程中的进度、质量、安全的监督；负责技术改造项目及土建维修工作的施工图纸、方案确定及具体实施的跟踪及监督。     

Strictly implement SHE management system of the factory. Assist project manager to finish the project budget and final accounts of new construction, reconstruction and expansion project, supervision of site progress, quality and safety in the project implementation process, and participate in the project acceptance. Responsible for the declaration, process tracking,   quality and safety supervision of all capex projects. Responsible for the construction drawings and plans of the technical upgraded project and civil engineering maintenance work, as well as the tracking and supervision of the specific implementation.             

  Key Duties and Tasks主要职责 

 1、贯彻工厂环境、健康、安全程序和食品安全程序，确保部门员工及承包商的工作安全。 Implement plant environment, health, safety and food safety procedures, ensure the safety of department staff and contractors 

 2、严格执行工厂的各项安全管理制度，培养部门员工的安全意识，负责具体项目的实施。 Strictly implement the safety management system of the factory, cultivate the safety awareness of the department staff, responsible for the implementation of specific projects. 

 3、参与新建、扩建、技术改造工程项目的方案设计，并进行报建审批及验收工作。 Participate in the project design of new construction, expansion and technical transformation projects, and conduct the approval and acceptance of construction report. 

 4、参与编制工程、技改、CAPEX项目施工计划，监督施工过程质量、安全、进度。 Responsible for the preparation of project, technical reform and CAPEX project construction plan, and the supervision of construction process quality, safety and progress. 

 5、参与编制工程项目的预决算，审核及跟踪项目费用支出及控制。 Participate in prepare the project budget and final accounts, audit and track the project expenses and control.                                                                                                      6、参与工程项目招标、评标工作，编制招标技术文件。 Participate in project bidding and bid evaluation, and compile bidding technical documents. 

 7、严格按照有关《规范》监督工程施工质量，做好隐蔽工程检查验收工作。 Supervise the construction quality in strict accordance with the relevant standards, and check and accept concealed works. 

 8、协助项目经理负责公司有关土建维修工作，编制维修方案，组织维修施工。 Assist project manager to finish the company's civil engineering maintenance work, making maintenance plans and organizing maintenance and construction. 

 9、参与工程竣工验收，整理收集工程竣工验收资料，并做好备案工作。 Participate in the project completion acceptance, collect and collect the project completion acceptance data, and do job on record.

 Qualifications任职资格

 Education教育背景 工民建、工程类本科及以上 Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering or engineering 

 Experience工作经历 

 工作年限5年以上，工程项目经验3年以上，粮油或化工行业经验优先。 More than 5 years working experience, More than 3 years engineering project experience, Experience in grain, oil or chemical industry is preferred

 1、熟悉项目建设流程. Familiar with project construction process. 

 2、熟悉项目建设、施工及验收相关规范，且会编制相关招标技术文件、施工方案。 Familiar with the construction, construction and acceptance specifications of the project, and compile relevant bidding technical documents and construction plans.
