The HR Intern will be based in Shenzhen .

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

1.Conduct the reference check report

负责候选人入职前背景调查及报告撰写；

2.Interview coordination & reception

负责公司面试接待工作，并与部门面试官协调面试相关事项；

3.Work with the insurance company, providing the information for our employee

负责对接保险公司，为员工完成商业保险报销事宜提供便利条件；

4.Maintain the internal referral channel

协助维护内部推荐招聘渠道；

5.Responsible for the department administration related jobs

协助行政事务：商务用车预定，部门文件翻译，员工生日礼物准备等。

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

1.Bachelor or master degree, majoring in Human resources, business administration or English is preferred

全日制本科/硕士统招在读生，人力资源、工商管理或英语相关专业优先；

2.Good command of English

具备良好的英文听说读写能力；

3.Capability of good communication and multi-task handling

具有优秀的沟通协调能力及多任务协调处理能力；

4. Be capable of working 4 days at least a week for more than 3 months continuously

每周能实习4天或以上，能持续实习3个月以上者优先考虑。
