Position: Strategic sourcing Manager

Location: Shenzhen

About the company:

Our client is a leading brand in consumer electronics industry.

Main responsibilities:

· The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for building the category sourcing plan and the day to day execution of the sourcing team.

· Establish and manage the supplier expectations specific to price, quality and on time delivery;

· Provide input to leadership on long-term strategic sourcing development;

· Work closely with the Project, Design, Marketing and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis.

Main requirements:

· Bachelor degree

· Very rich experience of product development and/or sourcing with a major retailer, national brand or product development/sourcing company.

· Good team player, a high sense of responsibility with result-oriented mindset

· Proven experience of managing country level business.

· Excellent problem solving skills and communication skills
