Responsibility 

 ? Support GCR CCSM/DPSS end-to-end financial process including month end close, P&L and operating expense management, forecasting and planning. Perform variance analysis and ensure compliance. 

? Support revenue analysis and reporting primarily focus on Surface but also covers all product and line of business as well 

? Support CCSM/DPSS spend management including marketing/MDF, month-end PO accrual and MDF reclass process and T&E spend tracking.

 ? Support headcount tracking and CPH analysis to find out savings opportunity to support business growth. 

? Ad-hoc analysis for GCR controllers and business partners. Qualifications - 5+ years of active experience in financial analysis and control - Strong understanding of P&L financial impact - Strong analytical skills and business acumen - Advanced Excel skill - Fluent in English - Detail oriented - Reliable - Collaboration - BA/BS or MBA degree in Finance, Economics, CPA
