You will be expected to:

• Reserve hotels/ air tickets, and maintain costs within the allotted budget; 定酒店/机票，在预算范围内
• Provide information and support for non-national employees in visa and work permit applications;
• Supervise the receipt and delivery of all company post and parcels;
• Answer company phone calls and welcome visitors in a professional manner;
• Manage office cleaning and housekeeping, ensure a clean and safe office environment;
• Manage all payments promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies and processes;
• Undertake other administrative jobs as requested.
