Guideline of this role:

As the distribution center key operational member, this pole
is required to work with the company supply chain functions and external 3PL to
implement the customer order fulfillment from inbound and storage to outbound
activities.

Job description (includes but not limited to):

1. Monitor
the weekly Open Order Report, make planning for DC inbound and be fully
responsible for the PO receiving completeness, accuracy and punctuality;

2. Train
and ensure the 3PL understands and implements the Oracle scan operation;

3. Act
as the problem-shooting coordinator related to Oracle WMS module;

4. Make
use of the Oracle reporting tool and standard in-house operation process to
improve the inventory accuracy;

5. Collaborate
with global sales force, headquarter customer service and other functions to
execute the order packing and shipment from DC;

6. Service
the global customers in terms of meeting necessary documentation requirements;

Key requirements:

1. Integrity,
Can-DO attitude; Energetic, Attention to details;

2. As
a team-player, willing to learn, contribute and grow with a start-up business;

3. College
graduate with 1~3 years of work experience; Fresh graduate is acceptable
provided the college major is closely related to supply chain, logistics and
international business related;

4. Sound
English skills (both spoken and written);

5. Prior
experience in following fields will be preferable, but not a MUST: logistics,
shipping, Oracle, trading company.
