Role and Responsibilities:

1. 根据公司业务需求招聘岗位，并通过互联网、报纸、招聘会招募低到中层的职位。
Provide recruitment and selection service to meet business requirement. Select and recruit
low to middle level positions through internet/newspaper/job fairs.
2. 负责第一轮笔试和面试。
Conduct first round test and interview. Involved in negotiating the offer and all follow up
services for new employees.
3. 负责新员工入职手续和离职手续的办理
Implement the process when the new member join the company or when the leave the company.
4. 负责协助主管完成人事报告，包括HC报告、人员流动报告、招聘报告、组织管理图、人事行政报表
Asst the HR Supervisor to finishe the HR reports including Headcount Report/Turnover
Report/Recruitment Report/O-chart/HR&Admin Report, etc and ensure the accuracy and time
efficiency.
5. 负责公司培训管理，包括新员工入职培训、上岗培训。
In charge of the training systerm in the company.include the new hire employee training and
on work training.
6. 管理员工出勤并确保所有数据的正确性
Manage all the employee’s Attendance ,ensure all the attendance data are correct.
7. 协助人事主管完成每月工资计算
Asst the HR Supervisro complete the monthly payroll calculation.
8. 劳动合同管理，人事档案维护
Manage the labor contract and maintain the HR file.

Experience/Education Required:

1. 大专或以上学历，人力资源管理、工商行政管理等相关专业
College degree or above on human resource or admin management.
2. 2年或以上人事同等工作经验
At least 2 years of HR relevant experience in a similar role
3. 良好的英语阅读、写作能力,会说基本的英语口语
Good English reading,writing and speak basic english
