Job Responsibilities:
Strategic lens
- Define channel and channel strategy
- Lead shopper insight generation to drive channel development
- Design channel differentiation + Channel OMNI
Operation lens
- Define all channels 6Ps for all categories (COTC, Promotion, place) including consolidate EC
- Define Perfect Store (O&O)
- Define channel activity footprint
- Review Nielsen index from channel / category lens
- Review promotion effectiveness from channel lens
- Review COTC deployment progress by channels
- Design instore visibility
Creative Lens
- End to End develop and deploy focus New channel creation agenda (Premium Super, H&B, Home delivery and ERTM)
Key Focus:
- DT, UL direct cover digitalization with ERTM
- Digitalize trade promotion & DMP
- CCD window for ERTM
- ERTM activation
