Job description
Business Partner Technical Professionals are technical consultants to IBM BP, IBM sales teams and/or IBM Clients. They understand the BP/client's business requirements, technical requirements and/or competitive landscape. They provide technical sales support which may include: collaborate with IBM sales teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions; deliver Proof of Concept; develop and deliver technical education; support critical situations; design solutions; and answer technical questions. When engaged for a specific opportunity or project, they are responsible for the technical accuracy of the proposed solution.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of Technical Pre-Sales experience focused on Tivoli solution-based and conceptual selling in software and/or service
Technical sales leadership experience is preferred
Knowledge of Cloud Solutions and Strategy is ideal
Strong business problem skills which include solving integrated solutions problems
Proven track record of successful relationship building internal and external, business partnering with accounts and multi - resource team selling.
Experienced in team-building and interfacing with brand teams, telesales, marketing and field sales.
Required
At least 5 years experience on Tivoli Storage solutions, also have good knowledge at Tivoli Automation
Good team player and learn new skill quickly
At least 2 years experience in Develop Client Requirements and Architectural Decisions
At least 3 years experience in Technical Pre-Sales Experience
This position requires travel within South China and country
