The Repair Delivery Flow is part of Global ServicesOperations in Business Unit Global Services, and is globally responsible fordelivering HW related services across multiple business areas, focusing oncustomer contract SLA fulfillment, while optimizing E2E delivery and maximizingreturn on the capital employed for service delivery.

Job Summary

Customer Services Delivery Manageris theresponsible for Service Line repair delivery within own organization and maininterface for special local request to global organization. CSDM needs tohandleescalation, special requirement, and Governance monthly performance reviewwithin CU/ end customer, including option service performance review alsofinancial issues during daily operation.

Responsibilities & Tasks
Secure Customer contract fulfillment
Distribute info to internal stakeholders andescalate Delivery Issues
Handle special requirement such as optionalservice request
Support and drive global Delivery Operationstrategy
Drive local company delivery
Secure communication and cooperation
Supervising Hardware Services Performance
Follow up on regional HWS financialaccountability
Position Qualification
Highly developed understanding of RepairDelivery Flow operations, processes, and financials
Contact network related to Hardware Services inBusiness Unit Global Services, Business Lines and the Ericsson Regions.
knowledge of forecasting and budgetingprocesses.
Customer focused, business oriented, and aproactive approach to problem solving. Ability to see the big picture and applybest practice
Good presentation and communication skills, andcapable of communicating on senior and executive management level
Proactive and decisive approach, with highlydeveloped negotiation skills.
Experience in change management.
Fluent in English, oral and written. Spanish isa bonus.
