Major Responsibilities:

 

• Be the expert of all established HR systems, such as Workday, HR case management system and others, could train and guide users at various levels on processes and operations.
• Be able to troubleshoot and work with Headquarters (HQ) HR and IT partners for HR system issue diagnose and problem solving.
• Be the regional contact person to work with HQ for Workday enhancement and deliver better system efficiency locally, periodically collect customer voice in region for any future enhancement.
• Lead and guide Workday operation team to deliver daily Workforce operations, such as EIB, data maintenance and so on, make sure to meet global standard and create local measurement to meet customer needs.
• Be able to conduct high level Workday operations such as maintain Workday user assignments, reporting enhancement and other administration tasks.
• Proactively share subject matter expertise with project and SSC members by being an active member in Workday community and user groups, build up good relationship with Workday consultant and external resources.
• Build strong relationships with HR community, HR IT team to drive and support global change management, perform projects and related duties as assigned.
• Support regional SSC standardization and harmonization as required, drive digitalization for SSC future development.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of work experience in Share Service Center, supporting users of Human Capital Management (SaaS HCM) System is required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience implementing or providing user and system support for Workday system.
• Must have experience in using issues/ticket/case management system and process with advanced troubleshooting skills working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Fundamental SSC knowledge and process build-up/improvement experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for different levels of organization.
• Establish a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance and security-related matters.
• Detail–oriented and thorough when analysing and troubleshooting issues/cases
