Position Summary

Provide a strong leadership to manage the activity of the laboratory in order to guarantee the quality of the tests done.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and train the lab Technicians

Manage the schedule of testing teams

Manage a good functioning, planning and quality of lab equipments

Responsible for the maintenance of tests equipments

Support the Lab. Technicians/Engineers to conduct testing according to relevant standards

Collaborate with project managers to develop new testing methods and/or procedures

Set up new test equipments

Helping lab technicians/engineers for tests and record results

Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Training for lab technicians/engineers

Control and manage the expenses of the laboratory

Review and sign testing result

Skills & Requirements

Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.

Good time management and communication skill.

Individual and Team work ethic.

Familiar with the general test requirements (physical, chemical or both), experience in the product testing.

Familiar with the test equipment operating.

Knowledge of setup test method and equipment for un-regular products.

Ability to solve problems and developing methods independently.

Education &  Experience     

High Diploma / Degree and above

4-5 years of lab experience in lab, 2 years of experience for team management

English speaking and writing skills
