Title: Service Sales Manager
Location: Beijing or Tianjin, China
Job Description
? Pursuit mega Shut-down, Turnaround, Outage of China and sale MRO Parts Service.
? Manage and develop China service business.
? Develop and implement sales strategies
Job Responsibilities
? Managing and planning for STO of China
? Organizing communication meetings with customer, present and deliver key value information to customer of Emerson Lifecycle Service
? Proactively taking the lead in major STO pursuits, developing STO pursuit strategies and account management.
? Assure that all customer requests are answered promptly and correctly.
? Assess training needs of sales staff and develop a training plan, with assistance by HR, to meet these needs.
? Interface with other organizations to help resolve problems to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
? To support LBP win service orders by Tianjin Service Center.
? To promote Service Center into China market with LBP together.
? To coordinate between LBP and Service Center for increasing service business.
Basic Qualifications
? Strong technical knowledge of the control valve and valve repair.
? Conversant in Mandarin and English – both spoken and written.
? 5 to 10 years of post-graduate working experience, with at least the last 5 years in the control valve business.
? Minimum of 2 years of MRO or Service sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications
? Strong interpersonal, communication and planning / priority management skills.
? Strong leadership qualities and strategic thinking
? Customer-oriented and able to win customers’ trust.
? Good commercial knowledge.
? Good working knowledge of computer.
Additional Information
? Direct management or supervisory experience is preferred.
? Turnaround planning experience is preferred. Whether end user or service supplier are both OK.
