Be responsible for recruitment assigned by HRD.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates using a variety of internal and external resources;
2. Select and assess candidates through initial telephone screenings and interviews;
3. Arrange further interview schedule for hiring department and HRD;
4. Make reference check for qualified candidates incl. education background and working experience;
5. Collect and sort out all tests (professional knowledge, English, computer, psychological) for all departments;
6. Document all recruiting resources and develop new recruiting resources;
7. Assist HRD to improve recruitment process and control recruitment cost;
8. Regularly renew job description for all positions;
9. Other tasks assigned by HRD.

Job Qualification:

1.Bachelor or above, major in HR, Business Management, Law, Psychological Management or related field;

2. 2+ years recruitment experience;
3. Familiar with recruiting resources and be able to develop new resources;
4. Familiar with interview skills to identify and assess applicants' comprehensive aptitude and potentials;

5.High sense of responsibility, self-motivated;
6.Engaging & influential communication\negotiation skill;
7.Keen observation, analysis and coordination ability;
8.Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;
9.Excellent team work and working well under pressure;

10.Computer proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
11.Good command of written and oral English.
