Job Description

The role of Finance Director will have the overall responsibility for all financial functions within China scope. You will report directly to the General Manager, and maintain a critical relationship with Global CFO based overseas.

Your responsibilities include ensure the timely and quality of financial reporting at country level; improve financial process and controls; monitor cash position and assist in setting of funding arrangements; improve SAP system for better working efficiency; work with colleagues and business partners on projects where necessary; and other ad hoc tasks where necessary.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant needs to have a track record of hands on accounting/reporting and business partnering experience at FC/FD level preferably in manufacturing sector or JV environment. This will help your understandings on their business model and perform your job quickly.

Solid communications in both Chinese and English is essential, as the role involves massive communications with different stakeholders in China and outside.

Strong commercial sense and strategic view is essential as your role is in a key managerial position and involves massive business decision making.

Good grasp of financial system especially in SAP will make your work much more efficient, so it is highly preferred.
