1. Owner of polymer product technology and process technology.

2. Polymer product development and process transfer to plant for electronics, general industry etc.

3. Maintain and develop current company intelligence for value creation.

4. Actively monitor relevant local IP landscape and strengthen company IP position.

5. Maintain samples, chemical substances, technical equipment, furniture and operational procedures in lab.

6. Meeting the requirements of IMS/ISO and EHSS standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件 (education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

Education

1. Master degree with major in chemistry, Ph.D. preferred.

2. Major in polymer and chemistry preferred.

Knowledge/Requirement

1. Solid knowledge of polymer is preferred.

2. Familiar with the R&D and IP procedures.

3. Excellent command of written and spoken English.

4. Good IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook).

5. Soft skills: 

Open-minded, pro-active and communicational personality including intercultural competence.

Experience

1. At least 8 year related working experience in polymer industries 

2.  Lab management experience preferred.
