Review, draft, and negotiate a large number of complex customer transactions within a corporate environment
Response to RFP
Lead/Support client/customer negotiation on site
Advise internal clients on business practice and corporate policy
Participate as the local contracting focal point in an international deal
Provide contract training for internal client
Help handle dispute resolution
Provide legal opinions on various matters
lead the project team in deal structure and contract negotiation
Required Skills
JD/LLB/LLM in law
Admitted to Chinese Bar
3+ years of practice in a law firm or in a fast-paced corporation
Proven ability to efficiently manage a large volume of transactions
Independently manage drafting transactional documents and correspondence
General understanding and appreciation of Intellectual Property issues as they apply to commercial IT transactions
Able to present innovative, original solutions
Responsive and follows through on commitments
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Working experience in int'l law firm or MNC as a plus
Leadership skills in business practice/development, deal structure and complex contract negotiations
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in LAW
English: Fluent
Chinese simplified: Fluent
