Responsibilities:
? Maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness and compliance with government and industry requirements
? Formulate manpower planning and fulfill functional human resources needs on schedule;
? Handle employee compensation and benefit, including performance appraisal and annual salary review
? Provide solutions or proposal to any ad hoc C&B related issues
? Manage employee relation issues, including employee recreational activities, community service, employee disciplinary action or other employee related issues
? Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor


Requirement:
? Degree holder in Human resources management or Business Administration;
? 8+ years solid/hand-on working experience in HR functions;
? Good knowledge in compensation and benefit, employment law, staff screening and selection;
? Good communication & Interpersonal skills;
? Good Computer skills ,MS office ,PPT;
? Proficiency in both English and Chinese;

Mattel (HK) Ltd. was originally established as a Hong Kong manufacturing operation, but in the mid 1980s transitioned to a Processing Trade relationship with the China Government, and now operates two plants in Guangdong Province China from its administrative headquarters in Shaukeiwan, Hong Kong.
