Job Description:
1.Develops and improves Assembly and manufacturing processes by studying products and manufacturing and Assembly methods (Need to build two new Assembly lines)
通过学习和研究产品，生产及装配方法，开发和提高产品制造和装配过程（需新增两条装配线）
2. Evaluate Assembly and manufacturing process by designing and conducting research program; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling and material. Confirming with tool and fixtures vendors. Soliciting observations from operators and assemblers.
对研究项目的设计和实施的组装和生产过程进行评估；产品设计，制造，装配，加工和材料的运用知识；工具和设备厂商的确认。从操作及装配处获取中肯的意见。
3. Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
研究产品的需求，开发生产工序，设计，修改和测试制造方法和设备；与设备供应商洽谈。
4. Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout. 通过分析和规划工作流程，空间需求和设备布局，提高生产效率。
5.Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.
设计测试方法；测试成品和工序；建立标准；确认制造工艺，保证产品和工艺质量。
6..Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
通过生产，人工和材料成本的计算;生产计划的审核；未来需求的估计，提供决策性的制造信息。
7. Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. 通过收集，分析和总结信息和趋势，筹备产品及制作报告。
8. Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.

9. Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations

10. Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special service.

11. Maintains product and process data base by writing computer programs; entering data.
在编写计算机程序，输入数据的基础上，维持产品和流程数据。
12. Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.

13. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
通过参加教育研讨会；审查专业刊物；建立人际网络；参与专业协会，保持专业的技术知识。
14. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:
1. University graduate-Mechanical Engineer (B.Sc.) Able to write and speak in English (must), and knowledge in IE 。
高等院校毕业的机械工程师（理学士），英语能说会写，懂IE知识。
2. 3-5 years of experince.Work as Engineer and in Assembly line as production engineer (Work in foreigner company will be consider as advantage)。Experience as IE (industrial engineer in additional can be advantage)。
有3-5年工程师及装配线生产工程师工作经验（有外企工作经验者更佳）。有IE经验（有工业工程师经验优先）。
3. Basic understanding of ERP，Knowledge working with Solid works/CAD.
熟悉ERP系统操作，熟练使用Solid works/CAD。
4. MS-Office (Word, excel, power points, visio) will need to learn MS-Project
需学习MS项目，包括MS-Office (Word, excel, power points, visio)。
5.Good English writing skills as it needed on mail system。 Dealing with Complexity and many tasks under pressure working condition.
良好的英语邮件写作技巧。能在压力下处理复杂的各项任务。
6. Well familiar with Assembly and Manufacturing Methods and Procedures
熟悉组装及制作的方法和程序。
7. Candidate should be able to work under stress circumstances in order to meet the targets.
适应在紧张的环境下工作，完成指派目标。
8. Candidate need to have solving problems capabilities. Candidate need to have troubles shooting capabilities.
有处理问题的能力和解决问题的能力。
