Objectives:

Support the testing team for testing activity.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-               Prepare testing offer timely according to information provided by customer services

-               Issue simple testing offers from BISTRA

-               Transfer testing offers to Customer services for sending to client

-               Issue the test folder information table to all department managers every month

-               Communicate with clients for scheduling/rescheduling/cancellation/express service and so on in order to smooth project arrangement.

-               Keep client informed about testing status if needed

-               Check and update if needed the test status for test folders

-               Check and update if needed the percentage of test done for each test folders

-               Record the percentage of work done for chemical test and TCF

-               Record and transfer each test application from the inspection team to relevant test team

-               Register information of all the tests done by subcontracting labs.

-               Keep relation and ask quotation from the subcontracting labs

-               Receipt inspection booking from client, inquire factory’s requirement on inspection.

-               Archiving of testing folders

-               Follow the internal quality system of ADT SH, adhere to BV CPS quality requirements

Skills and Requirements:

-               Work hard and reliable.

-               Strong teamwork spirits and communication skill.

-               Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines.

-               Proficiency with Excel, Windows and word.

-               Fluent in English speaking and writing.

Education & Experience:

-               Bachelor Degree

-               1 to 2 years of working experience

-               English speaking and writing well
