Accountabilities:

• Implement sales plan and deliver city sales target through retailer / distributor mgt.
• Ensure in store execution quality, i.e. share of shelf, OOS, phasing, POSM, 2nd display compliance, promoter, etc.
• Lead team to hit weighted distribution target.
• Managing deployment of assigned promotion budget & plan, drive ownership on trade expense with strong control measures.
• Coaching and develop KAE / DSR capability
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree and above
• 6-8 years front-line sales experience
• 3-5 years people leadership experience
• Project manage and motivate entire team to complete projects
• Professional customer selling / mgt. skills
• P&L responsibility preferred
• Larger team responsibility is preferred
• Distributor management experience preferred
• Negotiation/problem solving skills
• Strong analytical/time managment skills
• Good computer skill (Excel, Word, Power Point and database management)
