职位描述
1. Qualify leads from different source, turn qualified leads into sales. 判断不同来源的线索信息,并转化为销售机会
2. Pass qualified leads to the field sales engineer if needs additional visit.将需要拜访的销售机会转给相关区域销售人员进行拜访
3. Selling products to end users primarily via the telephone or electronic channels.通过电话以及电子邮件等进行产品的销售
4. Maintain contact with existing customers as well as develop new customers in order to achieve or exceed sales objectives.通过与现有客户及新客户的不断联系来完成或超越销售指标
5. Ensure leads are being followed up in a timely manner, manage leads to sales activity.合理安排线索信息的跟踪联系时间,并进行有效管理
6. Provide assistance to the field sales engineers with product selection and quotations, achieve or exceed the territory sales quota.帮助区域销售人员完成或超越销售指标
8. Assist in marketing activities配合市场活动
9. Data entry, CRM Data maintenance, provide information in CRM to increase effectiveness and aid sales. 维护微软CRM系统,籍此进行有效的客户管理以及销售
Qualification:
1. Competent in telephonic communications and strong sales skill.有较强的沟通能力以及销售技巧
2. Strong insight into the customer needs, as well as ability to research the market and customer to create new opportunities.有较强的客户服务意识以及洞察市场并开发新机会的能力
4. Minimum 4 years working experience as inside sales or relevant position in international company.至少4年的相关工作经验
5. Good at computer skill and CRM tool.熟悉电脑操作及CRM软件工具
6. Good team player, is able to work under pressure and excited about challenges and wants to continually learn.具有强烈的团队责任感,抗压力强,进取心和学习能力
7. Good understanding of sales process ,familiar with industrial or automation products , experience of selling technical products is a plus.懂得销售流程,熟悉工业和自动化产品,有销售技术类行业产品经验者优先考虑
