Responsibilities

? Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards in conjunction with local Chinagovernment rules and regulations including Anti-bribery, Conflicts of Interest, InformationSecurity programs

? Foster ethical culture and ensure internal stakeholders understand and follow compliancepolicy requirements.

? Conduct compliance reviews and approvals on customer hospitality with FCPAcustomers, sponsorship, and donation activities.? Conduct Due Diligence screening on third party engagement.

? Support annual risk assessment and follow up the remediation action.? Implement compliance policies and procedures, and conduct training to ensureimplementation.

? Monitor and identify compliance risks, coordinate control improvements and checkimplementation status.

? Continually provide advice and guidance to business teams from compliance aspect.

? Oversee the development, implementation and auditing of all safety and securityprograms throughout the region both employee and customer facing.

? Perform safety and security audits of larger offices quarterly and smaller offices twice peryear.

? Provide leadership and ensure that all safety compliance requirements are met at KTcustomer sites in China.

Preferred Qualifications

? Qualified candidates must have a proven record overseeing Compliance programs

? Experience working for a global, multinational company

? Strong business acumen to drive appropriate control requirements that meet businessand information security objectives

? Ability to influence decision makers with data and objective analysis

? Write and speak fluent Mandarin and English

? Strong technical safety and security risk management experience, business process andcustomer relationship management skills is a plus

? At least 5 years’ experience in Compliance, Audit, Controls, Legal, or Security or as aRegulator
