1. Position details

Job Title: Global Key Account Manager 

Personnel area: HCI Shanghai-Zhangjiang

Superior Position Title: Head of Global Key Account Manager 

2. Job Purpose 

(General Function, Primary Objective, Important End result)

？ Develop & execute global key account strategy (Short-mid & long term) aligned with the SBU/SU strategy

？ Develop and maintain network with sales, CS, TCS with focus on respective account

？ Build customer relationships on all levels of the customer's organization

？ Deliver an ambitious sales plan and project pipeline

？ Optimize sales mix to higher growth and margins

？ Secure international key account contracts 

？ Steer joint innovation roadmap with customers and develop unique business model to gain competitive advantage and growth

？ Support price alignment globally and assess risk in case of discrepancies, correct as needed

？ Own global KA pricing

3. Principal Accountabilities

2 Lead KA teams, motivate & coach stakeholders to exceed financial goals 25%

3 Build customer relationships including top to top relationship and connection with GKA 25%

4 GKA value chain and full potential mapping 15%

5 Drive long term sustainable innovation pipeline 15%

4. Qualification & Key Competencies 

Education: Master.

Working Experience： 5 years plus

Business management. 

Good English and Chinese.
