职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Manage compensation, including salary, allowance, bonus, RSU/stock, long term incentive, social insurance, employee income tax, management fee, etc. Ensure they are double checked and paid accurately, legally and on time.
2.Manage benefits, including life insurance, accident insurance, medical insurance, employer insurance, etc. Ensure they are double checked and paid accurately, legally and on time.
3. Maintain the internal compensation & benefits policies, procedures and guidelines, recommend revision plans which are cost effective and consistent with market pay trends.
4. Manage the local HR management system and employee shared system.
5. Execute expatriate and local plus employee’s compensation and benefits.
6. Manage the recognition and award programs.
7. Maintain the human resources policies, procedures and employee handbook. Ensure they are compliance with China laws and practices.
8. Ensure the existing operational practices and activities are compliance with China laws and practices.
9. Communicate/train HR polices, guidelines and procedures to employees.
10. Provide professional and effective HR support to above human resources activities and programs but not limited to those listed.
SELECTION CRITERIA
1.Bachelor degree with major in human resources or related field. At least 5 years HR professional working experiences and at least 3 years solid experiences in C&B function in multinational companies, Hi-tech industry is preferred.
2. Proficient in English.
3. High initiative, hardworking, self-motivated and result orientated.
4. Good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
5. Good command of Microsoft Office, be familiar with PeopleSoft system is preferred.
