    Responsibilities 工作职责：

1As key customer contact window, cover whole process from SO# release to    shipment

2 Project milestone setup and regular project update to whole project    team

3 Ensure project quality, cost and on-time delivery at all milestone and    key checkpoints including design review, material readiness, MFG readiness,    try-out and shipping etc.

4 SO feasibility evaluation and work out Gant-Chart and feedback promise    date to team

5 Ensure project design evaluation for customer review on time

6 Check with planner to ensure production plan, outsourcing planning and    material could meet project schedule

7 Fix any project issue, drive problem solving by using PDCA and Lean 6    sigma meth-ology

8 Project risk assessment and management

9 Continuous improvement within current project management process

10 Other job from management

      Qualification任职条件：

1 .Bachelor’s degree,

2 .3-year project management experience

3. PMP Certificate, technical background is a plus

4. Good English, both in spoken and written;

5. Skilled in Excel;

6 . Proactive, aggressive, result-oriented and powerful influence

7. Willing to learn and work under pressure;

8. Cross-function communication skill and time management

9. Big-picture thinker and detail-oriented

10. Good team player
