    岗位合同与任仕达签订，一年一签Department Objectives:

      · Build JLR Structure in China;

      · Develop Sustainable 3 Year Business Plan;

      · Business partner to Marketing department;

      · CS Controlling & Reporting;

      · Finance support for Contingency plan;

      · Support AFC team to optimize Retail financing proposals as one of the key    VME program;

      · Maintain and improve reporting and business compliance culture;

      · Deliver the revenue and market equation for China;

      · System setup project to improve the process efficiency;

      The Role & Key Responsibilities:

      · Perform all necessary analysis and support on Marketing expenses under    NSC structure;

      · Keep effective communication with Marketing departments to solve problems    and provide professional

      advises for business control;

      · Strong focus of the execution on PR-PO-Payment process; FME sampling    check for each function before the

      payment to agencies;

      · Identify areas for continuous improvement for on-going business, develop    and improve tracking system;

      · Manage monthly/quarterly/yearly FME budget spending and co-ordinate    accrual with budget owners

      · Take lead responsibilities in annual budget process for Marketing    expenses, develop systems to improve

      forecast accuracy;

      · Take lead responsibilities in actual and forecast reporting &    variance analysis;

      · Lead Month-end closing activities & ensure the accuracy of    financials;

      · Responsible for post-end campaign summary and present key points on a    timely basis, identify Y-O-Y

      variance for projects

      · Business issues identification & improvement during daily    operation;

      · Provide regular financial training to non-financial people;

      · Quality support for year-end internal and external audit;

      · Support in SAP launch program, provide SAP training to departments;

      · Liaison with other departments in establishing and developing company's    procedures, guidelines, and

      policies for costing area;

      · Provide ad-hoc analysis as required by Financial Controller.

      Skills, experience and qualifications required:

      · University degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent;

      · At least 8 years working experience in finance and/or Business Controller    position;

      · Corporate FP&A experience, good understanding of China auto industry    is strongly preferred;

      · High level of business acumen;

      · Strong financial awareness and excellent analytical skills;

      · A challenging, questioning attitude and strong negotiation skills;

      · High level of independence and self-motivation;

      · Ability to effectively liaise with senior management;

      · Knowledge of SAP Controlling module is preferred

      · Well organized with high attention to details, Pro-active, mature, able    to work independently

      · Team player with strong sense of responsibility and can work under    pressure and meet deadlines

      · Proficiency in Microsoft applications in MS Word, Excel,    Powerpoints;

      · Excellent written and oral English skills;

      · Strong communication and inter-personal skills;
