Job Description:

Strategy

1 Propose and implement financial strategy with key priorities to safe guard business KPIs.

2Provide advice and decision support to the function leadership team through financial steering and planning, performance tracking, business analysis budgeting and forecasting process and performance management.

Business Steering

1 Supervising Marketing and Supply Chain functions by providing financial partnership in financial planning, budgeting, cost control and investment studies, analyses, etc.

2 Lead Marketing budget forecast, planning and review.

3 Setup MB yearly budget planning guideline and budget allocation alignment with each budget owner.

Process improvement

1 Participant in P2P audit follow ups and RCM implementation.

2 Conduct RCM compliance training and tracking for business team knowledge improvement.

3 Monitor and pro-actively support related RCM implementation and internal audit follow-ups to business teams.

4 Simplify internal process esp. monthly accrual process with cross-functional cooperation/alignment.

Team development

Qualification & Experience

1 Bachelor degree or above

2 Over 10 years of work experience in finance with exposure to related retail, FMCG industry. Ideally have joint venture experience or past working experience within complex matrix environment with multiple stakeholders

3 Solid experience in sales controlling preferable in FMCG

4 Possesses good business sense and strategic thinking

5 Strong adaptive skills and be able to work with both the local and foreign stakeholders.

6 Strong leadership and be able to lead the team to complete the works under pressure

7 Strong minded and self-motived

8 Good communication and influencing skill
