    【work scope】

      ? Be responsible for all necessary analysis and support on Revenue and    cost/expense side including fixed and variable Marketing expenses, Selling    expenses

      ? VDM (variable dealer margins):Fully control & support on whole VDM    process, include : Policy review/On site audit/VDM appeal & exemption    review/VDM payment check/VDM balance and accrual tracking

      ? Be responsible for annual budget process for FME (fixed and variable    Marketing expenses) and VME (selling expense) for Region

      ? Focus of the execution on PR-PO-Payment process

      ? Lead Month-end closing activities & ensure the accuracy of    financials

      ? Be responsible for Actual and forecast reporting & variance    analysis

      ? Develop and improve tracking system

      ? Business issues identification & improvement

      ? Procedures & guideline & policy documentation for region

      ? Quality support for year-end internal and external audit

      ? Support in SAP launch program, provide SAP training to departments

      ? Provide ad-hoc analysis as required by Financial Controller

      【Key Requirements】

      ? 3-5 years working experience in finance and/or Business Controller    position

      ? Corporate FP&A experience is a must, premium auto industry is    strongly preferred.

      ? University degree in Finance, Business Administration or    equivalent.

      ? High level of business acumen.

      ? Strong financial awareness.

      ? Strong presentational skills.

      ? Excellent analytical skills.

      ? Good company/product knowledge.

      ? A challenging, questioning attitude.

      ? Strong negotiation skills.

      ? Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

      ? Good understanding of the China motor industry.

      ? High level of independence and self-motivation.

      ? Ability to effectively liaise with senior management

      ? Strong aptitude for key software packages, in particular Excel.

      ? A familiarity with SAP system is a must
