Job Description:
Global Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) is a best-in-class, global HR Service Delivery organization of approximately 650 people, that services the entire global population of JPMC, currently totaling over 260,000 employees worldwide, in 60 countries. HRSD provides vital services in the area of contact centre (accessHR), payroll, benefits administration, global data management (including records management and letters production), On/Off boarding employees, and Workforce Analytics and Surveys. This role is a 6 month contingent role to support Human Resources Service Delivery team (HRSD) Shanghai, China.
The main role responsibility of this role will ensure the smooth, timely and accurate delivery of HR services including but not limited to below listed for JPM legal entities including the new Securities Firm in Shanghai:
? Onboarding, offboarding, internal transfer support
? P-file and Record management, certificates/letter and employee onsite support etc.
? Co-ordinate all internal & external audits, onsite inspection admin if required.
? Work permit, visa application support for expat and local foreign employees.
? Work injury, Retirement if there is.
? HR reporting.
? Vendor payment
Qualifications:
? Basic knowledge of Human Resources operations
? Strong interpersonal, organization and communications (both verbal and written) skills
? Strong strength in data processing and execution
? Strong communications skills
? A strong process management mindset with the ability to influence outcomes
? Strong regulatory awareness, ensuring that the Firm is operating and reporting within requirements
? Good analytical and problem solving skills; solution orientated thinker who is able to perceive issues from a Client’s perspective
? Self-starter; ability to resolve day-to-day issues effectively with strong service and ownership mindset
? Team player with ability to work in a small team cohesively
? At least 2-3 years’ experience in HR operations or service delivery function
? Bachelor’s Degree
