    POSITION SUMMARY:

      The buyer position isestablished to handle purchase order daily management,    to support the businessneeds from R&D projects and different functions at    China R&D center.

      PRINCIPAl ACCOUNTABILITIES:

      1.Review and approve the shopping cart in OneSource system;

      2.Get proper approval for the purchase order(PO) and release to    supplier；

      3.Follow up PO delivery, including but not limited to PO    acknowledgement,delivery on time, delivery rescheduling, etc.;

      4.Follow up PO payment, including but not limited to invoice    submission,invoice issue handling, prepayment application, etc.

      5.Provide feedback about supplier service, delivery performance forsupplier    performance evaluation;

      6.Other tasks team assigned by team leader.

      EXPERIENCE: 

      1.Minimum 1~2 years’ experience in a purchasing, supply chain or  buyer position, experience in MNC is    preferred;

      2.Good understanding of supply chain and purchasing flow;

      3.Familiar with SAP or other ERP system at equivalent level;

      4.Good oral and written English.

      EDUCATION:

      1.Bachelor degree with major in Engineering orbusiness related;

      2.English CET 4 or above

      3.Good master of MS office, like Excel, Word,outlook, powerpoint etc..
