Core Responsibilities

1. The person in this role will perform weekly replenishment plan and proactively monitor short term replenishment and customer order activities using APO and Business Warehouse reports.
2. He/she will provide the replenishment plan to the Stock Team and follow up with them for any changes or act on any reported issues such as delays, system errors/etc. Monitor potential stock high, stock low and stock outs and take preventive measures.
3. Prepare and participate in the Weekly/Monthly DCM Supply S&OP, raising exceptions on inventory, capacity and supply related information to the Supply S&OP participants. Take necessary actions arising from these meetings. Participate in other inter-regional/functional teleconferences to bridge supply issues between the sub-regions/functions, eg issues on product quality, GMIDs, etc
4. Develop and implement contingency sourcing plans. Annually, support Business Planning Process
5. Chair Inventory Management meetings for slow moving products with related functions.
6. Review distribution channels to ensure optimized channel to market.
7. Implement new product scaleups including executing the EDM process to assist commercial team in requesting new products in the system.
8. Maintain the data integrity of Supply Planning system (APO) which includes setting up new supply records, routes, safety stock, leadtimes/etc.
9. Ensure sales are recorded with the right material code, credited to the correct business and from the right source location.
10. Champion supply chain optimization projects related products he/ she is handling.
11. Support and resolve product availability / allocation concerns as needed.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree
University degree in a discipline demonstrating logical thinking or computational skills (Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Mathematics and certain sciences)
