Our Client:
1 A Global Leading Chemical Company

Responsibility

1 Assist global leader develop the team strategy
2 Solve escalated cases and provide ad hoc training to junior HS team members.
3 Identify and pursue value added opportunities across function and region; Assist duty optimization initiatives.
4 Keep up to date with regulation change or new regulatory requirements and lead the implementation.
5 Develop and support risk assessment program and internal controls projects. Ensure HS global team, regional team and service providers (e.g. brokers) stay in full compliance.
6 Drive global training and awareness programs to ensure all key stakeholders understand how international trade functions and how their individual actions impact the company’s compliance performance.

Qualifications:
1Bachelor’s degree is required. Trainings on Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is preferred.
2 Formal working experience with minimum of 3 years of international trade compliance is required.
3 Expertise in HS regulations is a plus.
4. 5 years of experience especially relate to custom declaration, SAP, and/or Supply Chain experience is highly recommended.
5 Six sigma certification is preferred.
