Major responsibilities:

? Develop and implement annual strategic plans (STRAP) and operating plans 

? Conduct market research to identify trends & opportunities. Identify, quantify and prioritize key opportunities in region

? Identify, understand, and analyze key macro trends. 

? Develop business case, build financial model, and structure projects to drive revenue-impacting initiatives 

? Lead / execute on strategic initiative to drive results

? Support business units, and drive cross business units opportunities

? Conduct / Lead strategic marketing initiatives such as effective VOC (Voice of Customer), actionable market segmentation, improving competitiveness, etc.

Requirements:

? 10 years of full time working experience in strategic marketing work. Experience in large management consulting firms

? Bachelor degree. Advanced degrees (MS or MBA) strongly preferred

? Strong quantitative analysis skills including financial modeling, scenario assessment, value analysis and customer segmentation

? Strong intellectual capability: strong intellectual curiosity, quick study, good analytical skills, attentive to details, strong logical thinking and problem solving skills

? Good business acumen. Understands financials (P&L) and fundamentals of how a business operates

? Structured thinking and skilled in communicating with slides (PPT) – storyboarding, ability to work with complex data, delivering key messages

? Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese

? Good team building skills. Ability to work effectively across a large and complex, global organization

? Effective project management, communication, and presentation skills

? Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
