Job purpose:
The role is to enhance the regulatory reporting team located in Shanghai to ensure that the team meets all the local reporting requirements to various regulators in Shanghai.
· To assist the department in meeting its overall objectives and to contribute ideas to meet the requirements of the Finance Department
· To further streamline and harmonize regulatory reporting related processes.
· To actively drive Finance-related projects and to coordinate efforts within the region on overarching project
Regulatory Reporting：
Work as a senior local reporting specialist and support the regulatory reporting team leader to ensure the quality, quantity and timeliness of Local Regulatory and Statutory Reporting for the Shanghai Branch / China consolidated basis
· Act as one contact for the entities under own responsibility for regulatory reporting, liaison with CBRC/PBCO/SAFE, internal and external auditors and other departments
· constantly enhancing reporting functionalities by using and proactively drive upgrading of existing applications
· To ensure proactive screening for new local requirements as well as implementation and adherence
· Responsible for co-ordination of local statutory reporting
Others
· To actively participate in Finance related projects and support China branches to meet project
objectives.
· close co-operation with other groups in the department for month-end and year-end processing as well
as providing regular adhoc reports
· Work closely with other areas of the department to provide additional ad hoc reports
· Support Finance Beijing when needed.
