Assist in standardization of property management and sustainable related reports;

    

Assist in delivery of property management consultancy service and energy audit services to the clients; Assist in promoting sustainable operation and property management services to clients;

    

Assist in establishing EHS team in ASV; Deliver LEED consultancy services to clients;

    

Communicate with Asia sustainability functional group; Provide clerical and technical support of ASV;

    

Assist directors in daily operations and ad hoc issues; Organize, participate in and take minutes for meetings;

    

Handle project co-ordination and communication with both internal and external customers;

    

    

    

Handle and prepare business correspondences, presentation materials, reports, proposals and minutes; Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system;

    

Assist in any other job-related issues as and when required by management.

Core Competency Requirements:

• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin and any additional languages would be a definite asset;
• Must be proficient with word-processing software and have energy simulation and other technical related software skills;
• Hardworking and willing to work overtime
