人事专员（短期）  HR Officer (Temp)

  

支持人力资源经理为所有人力资源领域的业务部门提供运营支持。

  

你的主要职责：  

  

• 为批准的空缺职位提供招聘支持，确保在合适的候选人和规定的周期内完成职位，包括
• 筛选简历，向招聘经理推荐候选人
• 进行第一轮面试，进行评估
• 与招聘经理一起选择最终候选人，并提出要约
• 在要约被批准后确认候选人
• 实现人力资源内部流程，确保所有业务严格遵守政策，并在时间表内制定相关文件，包括（新员工内部流动登机）
• 负责根据经批准的员工活动计划组织员工活动，包括供应商选择，参与者确认和物流安排促进年度绩效考核计划，监督进度，确保100％的员工按时完成

• 执行管理层指定的任何特殊职责/项目

  

  

你的资格经验及技能                  

  

• 大学本科或以上学历（人力资源相关）
• 超过4年的人力资源招聘和员工活动在动态跨国公司环境中的经验与全球管理方法
• 熟悉“中国雇佣条例
• 拥有成熟和高度发达的人际关系和沟通技巧

  

Support the HR Manager to provide operational support to business department in all HR areas.

Your key responsibility             

  

·         Provide recruitment support for approved open vacancies, ensure fulfil the position with suitable candidate and within the defined cycle time, including

·         Screen the CV, recommend the candidates to hiring manager

·         Conduct the first round interview, make the evaluation

·         Select the final candidate together with hiring manager, and propose the offer

·         Confirm the offer with candidates after offer was approved

·         Fulfil HR internal process, ensure all operations are strictly following the policy and relevant documents should be in place within timeline, including（On boarding for new hire staff Internal Movement）  

·         Responsible for organize staff activities according to approved staff activities plan, including vender selection, participants confirmation and logistics arrangement

·         Facilitate the annual performance appraisal program, monitor the progress, and ensure 100% staff should complete it on time

·         Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management

Your qualifications, experience &skills

  

·         Degree in Human Resources management

·         Over 4 years human resources Recruitment & Staff Activities experience in dynamic MNC environment with global approach to management

·         Familiar with China Employment Ordinance

·         Possesses maturity and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
