What are my responsibilities?
- Energy Service Company (ESCO) cooperation is one of the key factors to develop building energy efficiency business in China. Business development manager of BT EE focuses on identification of qualified ESCO partners and develop sustainable business model with them.
- Clear understanding on the company’s strategy/policy on ESCO cooperation
- Deep understanding on ESCO market in China
- Building up business cooperation relationship with qualified ESCOs
- Establish the sustainable business model with ESCO partners
- Support the management program of ESCO partners
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Automation or HVAC education background, nice to have HVAC background
- Thorough understanding of energy saving market in China, nice to have understanding on building energy saving market
- Existing relationship with ESCOs, nice to have relationship with ESCOs focus on building energy saving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking on business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Fluency with standard business software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in sales or business development
- Working experience in engineering department is a plus
- Self determination
