Responsibilities:
1.Communicates the directions of the General Manager with each department Managers, and/or reports the information submitted by each department accurately to Direction
2. Help the Direction to finish monthly OPS Pack and OPS Review.
3. Schedules and arranges meetings held by Direction. And take the meeting minutes, as well as follow up the action plan.
4.Draft business letters, reports and documents for Direction
5. Handles confidential information or other business assignments from Direction(e.g.: Commercial issues)
6. Translate & Interpret for Plant Manager
Makes reservations and travel arrangements for General Manager
7.Reserve hotel for VIP visitors

Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree, Major in secretary, management or foreign language. co-work to achieve target.
2.Over 1 year experience in manufactory, at least 2 years secretory experience in foreign company
3.Fluency English listening and speaking.
4.Teamwork, actively share knowledge and information,
5.Planning and organization: efficiently plan work objective and priority, and organize resources
6.Self excitation, actively and can achieve target at pressure
