Main Responsibilities :
· Elaboration of a master schedule
· Co-responsibility for technical presentations of submissions and quotes
· Establishing preliminary BOM and BOP
· Independent and self-reliant performance of benchmarking evaluations incl. reporting
· Definition of component requirements incl. critical features as well as identification of components requiring documentation
· Elaboration of product specifications and FIS supplier performance specifications
· Selection of material types (families)
· Documentation performance with respect to each relevant valid system such as e.g. Galileo etc.
· Documentation performance with respect to minutes of meetings, call reports and the distribution of relevant documents
· Allocation of project hours within each relevant valid system, e.g. SAP
· Selection of all process technologies in accordance with the Project Leader Concepts & Acquisitions respectively with the project team/PoC
· Cooperation with respect to the elaboration of tool concepts as well as to establishing tool specifications
· Cooperation with respect to FMEA product and process
· Cooperation with respect to the determination of quality features
· Assignment adoption with respect to PL Concepts & Acquisitions in accordance with the Team Leader CE

Additional Tasks :
· Implementation of the Department's objectives
· Application of modern management methods to monitor all individual projects
· Supervision of interns and graduates currently working on their thesis
· Support with respect to pre-development and research tasks
· Perpetuation of permanent certification and auditation ability according to DIN EN 9001 + TS 16949

· All production sites within Faurecia
· All departments within Faurecia
· Customers (in accordance with the Team Leader Concept Engineering)
· Special Departments within the Group
· Suppliers (in accordance with the Program Team)
