CQE is fully responsible for handling Complaint and RMA process EFFICIENTLY (e.g. drive to return samples, drive OEM analysis and repair, ensure timely update of analysis progress to CS / customers, …)

Ensure failure analysis process and implemented corrective actions are EFFECTIVE (e.g. ensure OEM analysis are systematic and professional : quantitative data are collected, quality tools are applied, actions are verified and accepted, … )

CQF Project Charter to be monthly updated for reporting progress
