Reimbursement: Check the application of reimbursement and supported invoices, make the payment summary and check all the payment has followed the approval. Manage the petty cash and make proper records.
报销：检查报销申请及相关发票，制作付款汇总表，检查批准流程。管理备用金及做好相关记录。
Bank: Communicate with the local bank and settle the issues related local bank.
银行：联络地方银行并处理相关事宜。
Billing: Issue invoice according to the contract and supported docs；Make sure the actual billing procedures comply with the contract.
开票：根据合同及相关单据开具发票；确保实际开票流程符合合同要求。
Report: Daily cash, weekly cash flow forecast, monthly invoice report and accrual and reconciliation reports
报表：编制现金台账，每周现金流量及预测，月度发票清单，预估收入及调整表。
Saturn：Check the billing generated in the system and compare to the actual invoices and find out the variances.
开票系统：检查系统中开票数据正确性，核对实际发票并找出差异。
Others: Assist the accountant in miscellaneous issues and other duty resigned by the Supervisors.
其他: 协助会计处理杂项事务及主管安排的其他工作。
