About Our Client

Our client is an established design, developer and manufacturer of water heater equipment with a history of innovation, creativity and outstanding achievements. They have market leading products and services, which require to be continuously improved and developed.

Job Description

As the R&D Engineer (Burning Control/Fluid Control/Electronic/Electrical), your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical direction for design, development and systems application from the definition phase through to full implementation and end of life.


• Management of technical project plans and revision as appropriate to meet demands.


• Management of all technical activities in accordance with best practice (cost effective).


• Identify areas for improvement and lead implementation of effective and sustainable solutions.


• Coach, mentor and develop staff as required.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 5 years of experience related to water heater development, incl. gas water heater, boiler or similar products.


• Expertise in burning control, or fluid control, or control board


• Work experience in multinational company is preferred.


• Good knowledge of mechanical material.


• Familiar with development process of products.
