- 负责服装大货生产过程的品质控制;Responsibility工作职责：

Responsible for garment bulk quality control according customer's comments;

- 监督好QC早、中、尾查的工作质量;

Supervision QC's inline and final inspection;

- 监控工厂的生产情况，掌握工厂的实际品质、进度等，并定期对工厂的生产、品质状况进行评核；

Monitor fty production status, control fty's quality and schedule, on a regular basis to evaluate factory production quality status

- 协助质检员及工厂解决生产过程中的品质问题；

Responsible to solve the problems in production process with QC and fty;

- 负责员工的培训和管理。

Responsible for QC's training and management.

-及时跟美国总部沟通

Report to NY on a daily basis

Qualifications任职资格：

- 外贸女装QC5年以上工作经验，2年以上QC主管工作经验;

5+ years work experience in foreign trade company or buying office with at least 2 years QC Supervisor's experience;

- 英文听说读写流利；

Fluent English;

- 熟悉服装生产工艺和流程，精通各类服装的品质标准；

Familiar with garment production process, proficient in all types of clothing quality standards;

- 熟悉面料知识，熟练掌握服装及生产工艺技术应用方面的知识；

Familiar with fabric and production technology knowledge;

- 熟悉行业质量标准；

Familiar with garment industry quality standards;

- 良好的理解能力,迅速排解相关问题的能力；

Capable to solve the problems quickly;

- 能适应出差安排。

Able to travel.
