We are looking for a seasoned Senior Brand Manager to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global FMCG business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, Banana Boat, PlayTex, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree… just to name a few!). Based in our Shanghai office, he/she will develop and implement China men's grooming marketing strategies for new brand entry, product innovation, brand positioning, commercialization, digital marketing and e-commerce marketing that will improve the organization's competitive positions and to endure that all our higher level brand strategies are consistent with the organization's overall mission/ vision/values as well as China's strong growth and share gain objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead China Men’s Grooming Category activates of market researches, product planning, pricings, marketing communications, advertising, digital marketing and promotions.
• Drive Schick men’s shaving brand awareness and penetration through master brand positioning, product innovation, packaging restage and disruptive digital marketing.
• Develop Bulldog skin care brand China entry strategies and go to market plan, including brand proposition, portfolio, pricing, channel selection, business case, marketing communications, digital and social WOM program, EC marketing and etc.
• Monitor and evaluate the functional activities of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities; adjust marketing strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
• Build relationships with strategic customers to maximize the organization's business interests.
• Liaise with senior leaders across the global/international/hub organizations to ensure marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the company’s overall objectives.
• Ensure continuous coordination in the planning and execution process with Sales, Trade Marketing and related key stakeholders to seek alignment.
• Strong e-Commerce marketing orientation for the China business specifically.
• Lead commercial team colleagues to achieve established sales and profit goals.

Requirements:

• Master or Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Commercial/Business or related disciplines
• 10+ years of experience in FMCG Marketing Management in China with minimum 2 years' experience managing personal care, men’s grooming, or imported cosmetics brands
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent command in verbal & written English & Mandarin
• Innovative, strong interpersonal skills & resilience
• Strong leadership, endeavors to drive success
