Reliability Engineer)

Responsibility:

• Responsible for management of reliability laboratory and development of reliability testing to meet product quality requirements
• Implement, maintain and improve reliability management systems. Interpret international testing standard & requirement
• Establish and maintain reliability related criteria, procedures, and working instructions.
• Work with engineering team to support new product and process testing development, facilitate internal operations and provide suggestions in reliability aspect
• Work with internal teams to ensure design objectives are met. Coordinate prototyping, testing and validation of design concepts
• Monitor, analyze and report performance of product reliability tests
• Initiate program and activities for continuous improvement on reliability tests management
• Prepare required reports and support other ad hoc projects if required.

Requirement:

• Minimum 10 year relevant experience in product quality, product reliability testing or product development.
• Higher Diploma or above in Physics / Mechanical / Electronic / Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• Preferably with experience gained from testing laboratory, manufacturing environment or consumer electronic industry
• Familiar with the requirements of ISO 9001 and  ISO 17025
• Familiar with production process testing procedures and international testing standard will be advantages
• Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills, able to communicate at all level of an organization with excellent record keeping and report writing skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn findings into solutions with attention to details
• Proficient in MS Office applications and experienced with databases and statistical software
• Fluent in speaking / written English is highly preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
